CCHS Principal

Courtney Nichols graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a Minor in Secondary Education. I obtained my Masters of Education and Educational Specialist degrees from Tennessee Technological University in Instructional Leadership. 

 

I began my teaching career as an Agricultural Instructor at Richland High School where I taught for several years. In 2004, I joined Cannon County High School as a Horticulture teacher. In 2009, I was named CTE Director for Cannon County Schools. I became the principal at Cannon County High School for the 2018-2019 school year. 

 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters Charlee and Addison.
